About Foster Paws of Fresno

Foster Paws of Fresno was created in April of 2018 when a small group of friends saw a need for temporary housing to save the lives of animals.

We saw a cry for help from rescue entities in other areas; they wanted to help OUR animals, but they were in a bind. They were hundreds of miles away, and essentially needed someone to house the animals until the next transport system rolled through Fresno. We gathered donations from our friends and family, and we haven't turned back!

At the end of 2021, we have helped foster, network and successfully place approximately 1,000 animals to our rescue partners!
